➡️ Player Eligibility and Non-Resident Information
  1. PCCC leagues are open to all players. Preferential treatment is given to Chesterfield County residents.
  2. Non-residents of Chesterfield County are welcome to register for league play. When registration first opens, priority is given to Chesterfield County residents and non-residents may be subject to a waiting period. During the initial registration period, participants may register for one (1) league only. In accordance with Chesterfield Parks and Recreation guidelines, a $15 non-resident fee applies per league in addition to the standard registration fee.
  3. If a league requires pre-approval, it must be obtained before registering. Pre-approval does not guarantee a spot.
➡️ Fees
  1. The Fixed Partner league fee is $75 per team.
  2. Registration is $40 per league.
  3. Non-Resident Fee is $15 per league.
➡️ Registration Process
  1. On the first day of registration, players may register for ONE league only.
  2. Leagues are filled on a first-come, first-served basis according to timestamped registrations.
  3. If a player registers without meeting eligibility requirements, including DUPR if applicable, the registration will be canceled, the spot forfeited, and the registration fee will not be refunded. We encourage all players to review league requirements carefully prior to registering.
  4. If you register for the wrong league, you may not switch until registration closes and only if space is available. If the intended league is full, you will need to remain in the league originally selected or forfeit your registration fee. Please review league details carefully before completing your registration.
➡️DUPR (If Applicable)
  1. Some leagues record scores in DUPR (Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating).
  2. If a DUPR rating is required for league registration, players must meet the stated rating requirement at the time of registration. Ratings will be checked and verified. If the required rating is not met, the registration will be canceled, the spot forfeited, and the registration fee will not be refunded.
  3. Players participating in a DUPR league must have an active DUPR account prior to the start of league play.
➡️ Season Structure and Refund Policy
  1. Leagues run for 8 scheduled weeks. Weather-related cancellations are built into the season structure. No additional make-up dates will be added.
  2. Please Note: There are no refunds once registered. No exceptions.
