Player Skill Requirements
With a skill level of 2.5 to 3.5, advanced beginner and intermediate pickleball players should have a basic understanding of the game’s rules and scoring, as outlined by USA Pickleball. Players at this level can serve and return with moderate consistency, though shots may occasionally lack precision and control.
Participants should be comfortable executing basic forehand and backhand groundstrokes. Volleys and dinks are developing skills, with players continuing to build consistency and touch in these areas. Court movement and positioning are improving, and players are beginning to apply strategy and teamwork, particularly in doubles play.
Overall, players at this level are focused on sustaining rallies, improving shot selection, strengthening fundamentals, and gaining confidence in match situations.

Sign-Ups and Cancellations
Players must register each week using SignUpGenius. The coordinator will notify players by email when weekly sign-ups open.
If a player cancels on the day of league play two times during the season, they will lose the privilege of signing up in advance for the remainder of the season. However, if space is available on the day of league play, the coordinator will contact the player and they will be offered an opportunity to be added to the roster.
No-Shows
If a player signs up and does not attend without notifying the coordinator, they will immediately lose the privilege of signing up in advance for the remainder of the season. If space is available on the day of league play, the coordinator will reach out and the player and they will be offered an opportunity to be added to the roster. We expect players to notify the coordinator as soon as possible knowing their plans have changed so necessary adjustments can be made with minimal disruption. Thank you!
