Player Skill Expectations

All participants are expected to understand the basic rules, how to serve, and how to keep score; however, beginners are also welcome.

General Comments

Manic Monday Dinkers League will focus on providing a fun and educational pickleball experience, while also incorporating some friendly competition. 

Single registration is required. Couples are encouraged to join in on the fun!

Everyone must register for each week’s play via Sign-Up Genius. 

Warm-ups start at 6:00 PM, with a meeting at 6:25 PM. Games begin around 6:30 PM. In each week’s meeting, we will go over a USAPA Rule and/or have a “tip of the day”.  After the meeting, you will be assigned courts based on your observed skill level to play competitive games with equally skilled players. Some weeks, we will have either a learning drill or a fun pickleball-type game before our competitive games.

Equipment: Bring your own pickleball paddle and plenty of water to stay hydrated. Court shoes and protective glasses are highly recommended. Balls for play will be provided.

Participation expectations: Please make every effort to be present each week. We have limited court space, so last-minute cancellations and no-shows are frowned upon and disrupt the pre-made roster. If your plans change, please inform the coordinator as soon as possible so they can adjust the player roster accordingly.
