Player Skill Level
This beginner-friendly league is perfect for players who are newer to pickleball and want a relaxed, social environment without formal instruction. The Parks and Recreation PB101 course can be helpful, however it certainly isn’t required – you simply need a basic understanding of the game. It’s a great way to practice fundamentals, get light guidance if needed, and connect with other players while building confidence and passion for the sport!
Why Join?
Playing in this 8-week league of consistent play prepares you for open play at courts throughout Greater Richmond with new and old friends. With 32 spots available each week over the eight-week season, your regular participation makes the experience better and fun for everyone.
What to Bring
