Classes are through Parks and Rec in April, May, June, Sept, Oct, Nov. (these are usually for those 50 and older but if you are younger, get put on the wait list in case the class does not fill up). If that doesn’t work, contact Linda Scott 804-683-8481 and someone will give you an introduction.


Go to St Mark s UMC, Luck s Lane on most Friday afternoon from 12:30 to 1:30 for an Introduction clinic….free. Another option is to call Stonebridge Rec Center and leave your name with Kim. Kim’s phone no. is 804-276-2126 or you can e-mail her at  Once she gets 4 players,  a trainer  will come to Stonebridge and give an Introduction
