Chesterfield Pickleball League News

Registration for Fall Leagues begins today August 15 at 9:00 AM. Please read all of this email. Then refer to the links at the end of this email to register for your preferred league. We’re excited to offer such a wide array of leagues this Fall, including all skill levels and many Chesterfield parks.

More details on each league and the signup process is on our website at:

|
· The registration links in this email will be activated at 9 AM
|
|
· All registrations are on-line
|
|
· Forms must be filled out completely and with payment. You will receive a confirmation email that the registration form has been processed shortly after you complete the payment screen.
|
|
· If joining a league requiring Coordinator Approval, complete the Password for which you are prompted when you click the registration link. This code is provided by the League Coordinator (ex: bluewhale23) These leagues are shaded in the table below.
|
|
· Players can register for only ONE league on August 15, so the maximum number of players can be accommodated. You may sign up for a second league if space exists on August 18, and a third on August 21.
|
|
· The billing name/address/email screen must be filled out for every registration, even if no payment is due (ex: second partner in partnered leagues do not pay as the Primary Partner has paid for both)
|
|
· Registration ends August 28
|
· No refunds or league transfers
|
· Info registrants will be asked to provide includes:
|
|
o Name, address, phone and email (use same email address the PCCC email sends to)
|
|
o Emergency contact name and phone
|
|
o If partner league, name and email of the secondary partner. Both must register using 1st or 2nd partner form but the 1st partner makes the payment for both.
|
|
o Current Rating (2.0 – 5.0) Mark if this is Self Rated or DUPR. If you are DUPR registered, click Yes, otherwise No.
|
|
o Credit card number, expiration, CVV
|
o For designated advanced and intermediate leagues - Approval Code from League Coordinator entered as Password to access the form.
|
Some Leagues Have Two Forms
|
- Advanced Fixed Partner - Decide ahead with your partner who is completing 1st Player or 2nd Player form. The 1st player pays $70. The 2nd pays $0 but is still required to complete the Billing screen. This charge will be $0.
- Intermediate Fixed Partner - Decide ahead with your partner who is completing 1st Player or 2nd Player form. The 1st player pays $70. The 2nd pays $0 but is still required to complete the Billing screen. This charge will be $0.
- Seniors 60+ Team – There are separate forms for Men and Women in this league to keep it balanced.
